Spring XC Schooling - New venue!

Hi members

I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas and looking forward to the New Year! What a difference a year makes, this time last December we were all knee deep in snow and ice!

 

I'm looking at trying out a new XC schooling venue for a February date. Please take a look at Lyneham Heath Equestrian, in Chipping Norten, Oxfordshire. www.lynehamheathequestrian.co.uk

 

There are over 200 fences set in 130 acres ranging from 2'3 to 3'6 including 3 water complexes. Take a look at the extensive gallery on the above website to view the range of fences on offer! A great preparation clinic for anyone starting off their eventing season in March!

 

Cost for venue hire per horse is £25 ..... Once I have an idea of how many people are interested, we can arrange an instructor and make it as cost friendly as possible! Due to the extensive size of Lyneham Heath and range of fences on offer, I'd like to ensure that groups get as much as possible out of the visit, so sessions will be at least 1hr 1/2.

 

Please let me know which dates over the following 3 weekends are suitable: (please also advise if there is anything particular you'd like to focus on....banks, ditches, water, combinations etc)

 

Sat 4th 0r Sun 5th Feb

Sat 18th 0r Sun 19th Feb

Sat 25th or Sun 26th Feb

 

Due to the extensive size of Lyneham Heath and range of fences on offer, I'd like to ensure that groups get as much as possible out of the visit, so sessions will be at least 1hr 1/2.

 

For those not able, or willing to travel to this venue, there will be a date coming out shortly for schooling at Rose Hill and also Little Marlow.
